Terms & Conditions

All clients are required to complete a questionnaire before undertaking sessions, in which you will be asked to disclose certain medical information. All information is kept confidential.

We reserve the right to terminate a session. If termination occurs after a session has started, you will be required to make a pro rata payment.

If your treatments are unsuccessful, we do not offer any refunds.

All treatments are by appointment only and a 100% payment is taken at the time of booking.

24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of appointments. Should you fail to cancel within these guidelines you will not be refunded.

All no shows and same day cancellations will be charged at the full cost of the treatment.

Payment is taken at the time of booking via PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer (UK accounts only).
