Email counselling
You might be struggling to access counselling because you feel unsafe or are living with your abuser/ abusers. There might not be a safe space for you to talk. Often narcissistic abuse leaves you confused, and you might be living in a highly controlled environment. You might not be ready to talk, but just need some guidance.
Email counselling involves you writing your problems and concerns in an email, you might have specific questions about your concerns. Write them down and email them to us. We will reply back with a considered therapeutic response.
Each email therapy session is allocated an hour where your email is read, carefully reviewed and replied to with a therapeutic response. In the counsellor’s reply, you will be provided with support as well as feedback, suggestions or questions. We still want to support you and to be able to validate your experience.
How this works:

How this works:
- Send an email via our contact form and ask for email counselling.
- We will then send you a PayPal invoice.
- Once paid, please send us your email and we will reply back within 24 hours.
- Please ensure your email is no more than 1000 words as it will be an hour allocation to read and to reply back.
